Format

Interviewee’s Last Name, First Name. Personal interview. Date of Interview.

Example

Williams, Shana. Personal interview. 18 May 2014.

Common Exceptions

If you interviewed the person by phone, substitute Telephone interview for Personal Interview.

Example

Hardy, Leon. Telephone interview. 3 Mar. 2014.
